1. Smelter Electrical Maintenance Superintendent
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, or related field and 7 years experience
- Ten or more (10+) years of experience in area directly relevant to mining
- Prior major project management and/or start-up experience
Knowledge; Skills & Abilities:
- Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of Engineering
- Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid
- conclusions
- Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up of maintenance practices at large Smelter or Mining facilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
- Skilled in managing effective communication throughout all levels of the organization, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions

2. Smelter Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, or related field and 7 years experience
- Ten or more (10+) years of experience in area directly relevant to mining
- Prior major project management and/or start-up experience

- Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of Engineering

3. Manager Health and Safety
Qualifications:
- Leading or supervising personnel and/or projects, AND
- Bachelors degree and seven (10) years of experience in Health & Safety or related, OR
- Masters degree and five (7) year of experience in Health & Safety or related.
- English speaking skills at an advanced level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Metal smelting and processing exposure.
- Electro refinery or acid plant experience.
4. Section Manager Electrorefinery
Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field and more than ten (10) years of experience in Acid Plant processing, with majority of the proportion in an operations leadership role.
- Masters degree in an Engineering discipline or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) Certification preferred, with Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) as a minimum.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training, and motivating employees.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of electrorefining process, particularly electrolytic and electrowinning production facility. Knowledge on several typical systems such as electrolytic cells, electrolyte circuit, electrolytic reagent handling, and pressure leaching.
- Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
- Skilled in managing complex operations or engineering projects.
- Familiarity and experience in managing operations in compliance with relevant Indonesian regulations on safety, health, and environmental.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suites, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

5. Section Manager Acid Plant
Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field and more than ten (10) years of experience in Acid Plant processing, with majority of the proportion in an operations leadership role.
- Masters degree in an Engineering discipline or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) Certification preferred, with Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) as a minimum.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training, and motivating employees.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of chemical processing, particularly smelter off-gas fed Sulfuric Acid production facility. Knowledge on several typical equipment such as electrostatic precipitators, scrubber towers, heat exchangers, converters, absorption towers, and dryers.
- Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
- Skilled in managing complex operations or engineering projects.
- Familiarity and experience in managing operations in compliance with relevant Indonesian regulations on safety, health, and environmental.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suites, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

6. Section Manager Materials Handling
Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field and more than ten (10) years of experience in mineral/metal processing technical and/or operations, including extensive experience in operational management role.
- Masters degree in an Engineering discipline or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) Certification preferred, with Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) as a minimum.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training, and motivating employees.
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of mineral/metal processing, particularly bulk material handling and milling. Knowledge on several typical equipment such as belt conveying, pneumatic conveying, reclaimers, SAG mill, Ball mill, flotation machines, thickeners, and filter press.
- Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
- Skilled in managing complex operations or engineering projects.
- Familiarity and experience in managing operations in compliance with relevant Indonesian regulations on safety, health, and environmental.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suites, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

7. Metallurgists and Process Engineers
Preferred Qualifications:
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- Senior Metallurgists/Senior Process Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in a Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering discipline or related field and more than five (5) years of experience in mineral/metal processing environment. Those with specific experience in pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical operations is highly regarded.
- Masters degree in related engineering discipline is preferred.
- Metallurgists/Process Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in a Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering discipline or related field and 2-3 years of experience in mineral/metal processing environment. Those with specific experience in pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical operations is highly regarded.
- Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certified.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Any metallurgists or chemical engineers with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
- Bulk materials handling (belt conveying, pneumatic conveying, milling)
- Pyrometallurgy (copper, other base metals)
- Hydrometallurgy (electrolytic refining or similar)
- Hydrometallurgy (Chemical processing, Solvent Extraction, leaching, pressure leaching, autoclave, redox reactions, precipitation)
- Gas Cleaning Circuit (Electrostatic Precipitators, scrubbers, etc.)
- Effluent Treatment
- Sulfuric Acid Plant
- SAG mill, Ball mill, Flotation
- Solid/Liquid Separation
- Additional desirable technical skills:
- Process simulation experience (METSIM, JKSimMet, etc.)
- Advanced data analytics (Python, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
- Some familiarity with advanced process control (fuzzy, neural networks, etc.)
- Project management experience
- Experienced in risk-based analysis (HAZOP, FMEA, RCAP)
- Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
- Skilled in influencing others not under direct supervision, including managing upwards.
- Familiarity and experience with relevant Indonesian regulations on safety, health, and environmental for mineral/metal processing.
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suites, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
